Three books were recently published: The Underlies – 2024 published by Aminata Kante, a student in Year 5, Le aventures de Gimbila-Kati -2024by Dr Hamba Wanzola and Mission Kinkosi by Dr Jean Mbulu and Hamba Wanzola -July 2025.

Many books have been published to explain the full story of the so-called `'Mission `Kinkosi`', created in August 1925 until August 2025, ONE CENTURY, ago nothing was built while the first cradle of USA and UK missionaries arrived in Kinkosi's village: Book/ Titre: [Kinkosi (Gikonshi) et sa rencontre Centenaire avec les premiers missionnaires protestants, 1925-2025)]. Summary of the Book on the Kinkosi Mission By Doctors Mbulu and Wanzola It is established that the village of Kinkosi was the very first point of entry for white Protestant missionaries into the Fatundu sector of Wamba territory in the Democratic Republic of Congo. However, this arrival came at a considerable human and environmental cost for the village and its inhabitants. According to our research, only brief details of this initial encounter between the Protestant missionaries, Queen Ngaa, and the local population are available. These details are found in the book by Ms. Smith Viola, "Dia Ntunga va Tadi." Kinkosi was the first parish established by the missionaries after the baptism of more than 200 Christians from this community. Subsequently, no further action was taken in Kinkosi, despite the precautions taken and the agreements signed between the queen and the missionaries regarding the construction of a mission center. Thus, a century later, the writing and publication of this book appear essential to bringing this little-known chapter of the village's history to the attention of the contemporary world. Its main objective is to raise questions whose solutions will take unconventional paths. For example: what is the role of the successive governments and of the District of Leopoldville, Bandundu Province, and today, Kwilu? Why are the Church of Christ in Congo (ECC), the Baptist Community of West Congo (CBCO), and other well-known religious denominations not taking action to ensure that the Kinkosi Mission file does not remain buried in oblivion? An organization without follow-up is doomed to perilous failure, as they say. That is precisely the point. "Great ideas are born from visionaries who question established norms, think outside the box, and invent the world they imagine rather than submit to the limitations of current dilemmas." The American pastor T. D. Jakes said, “Don’t think outside the box, think as if there are no box!” This is a story of intrigue and broken promises, of funds paid that vanished and a debt erased whose whereabouts remain unknown. This book can also be used in local schools to teach this heroic story to young people, offering them hope for today and tomorrow. It also aims to mobilize the entire community of Kinkosi and the surrounding area, national and international partners (non-governmental organizations), and even to contact American, British, and Belgian churches—the cradle of the first missionaries—to raise the necessary funds to build a modern town—should the mission ever slip from our grasp—equipped with all the essential infrastructure, to honor the memory of our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents who longed for a modern mission in Kinkosi. This book is both a reference work and an extremely informative research project. The two authors, both from Kinkosi, laid the foundations for this project by highlighting the masterpieces that will constitute our heritage. For God is holy; He is good at all times. Above all, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The God of 1925 is the same as in 2025 within a united community, in a restored relationship that involves everyone in making Kinkosi a wonderful city for all, for this is what we ask in prayer: Mark 11:24.
